How do I prepare my car?
Make sure there are no personal items inside. You can leave the registration and insurance in the glove box. Leave approximately 1/4 tank of gas, and be sure to give your keys to the driver also, Make a written record of any chips, dents, scratches or other cosmetic damage and verify that the transporter makes an official note in addition to your personal records.
How about deposit or payment?
Deposit is optional. For the payment, You can pay the driver upon delivery with cash, cashiers check or check payable to Albassami. The other option is you can use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card number, personal checks and company checks will be accepted for deposit or full prepayment
How long in advance do I need to schedule my shipment?
Transit time depends on where your vehicle is shipping from and to. During holidays you should book your shipment Three (3) to Four (4) days before the intended arrival. During ordinary days, just bring your car to the nearest albassami branch near your place.
How do I check the status of my shipment?
You can call our dispatcher at the toll free number we provide to you once your order is processed or use live chat here in our website. However, Customer Care will give you an update as soon as possible or you can download and install "Al Bassami apps" on your phone,
Will I be called to let me know when my car will be picked up and/or delivered?
Contact is usually made (or at least attempted) the day before pick up/delivery. The driver or dispatcher will provide you with a time frame and will confirm directions. They will also advise you if it is necessary to meet him (usually in one of our branch near your place for pickup or delivery if he can’t get right to your door.
